I have found from experience that the following is the best format:
- 2hour initial session
- 1hour follow-up session
- 1hour clean-up session
This is all included in the quoted price, even though most people don’t find a need for the “follow-up” session, and many don’t even need a “clean-up” because the initial session tends to cover everything needed.
