Fears & Phobias

Common spiderAre you scared of something? These are often normal fears which can sometimes be so bad for a person that they find themselves unable to deal with it and what is known as “freezing up”.

There are two types of fears, rational and irrational. Rational fears are things that make sense. For example you may be scared of wasps because one stung you when you were younger. Irrational fears or “phobias” are something in which there is no logical reason why you are scared of them, e.g. being frightened of cotton wool or tin foil.

My skills offer you the chance to cast aside those fears allowing you to get on with the things you have been after doing for a long time but were scared to do by something. Once these fears and phobias are gone, it will give you a new outlook and lease on life
