Stop Smoking

Most people are aware that smoking today causes major health problems, not only to yourself (with your lungs and heart), but also to those people around you.

A lot of people wish to leave the habit (and it is one) behind so they can become fitter and feel better in themselves. Some people try all sorts of things to break the habit, from patches to gum and so on. Most people fail because of lack of “will power” and then they give up and start smoking again.

My method will increase your positive thoughts of not smoking by dealing directly with the subconscious part of your mind (the part that is the kid who wants to do exactly what it pleases) and therefore to the root of the problem and not by replacing it with another habit
